What Laundry Dash will and will not process

To ensure the safety of our staff and provide the highest quality care for your garments, please review our processing standards before scheduling your laundry pickup.

Do you provide stain removal services?

Laundry Dash does not provide stain-removal services. For best results, pretreat stains as soon as they occur. Our high-quality detergent is effective at lifting stains that have been properly pretreated; however, Laundry Dash is not responsible for stains that remain after washing.

Can I include dry-clean-only items?

No. Laundry Dash does not accept items labeled “dry clean only.” We specialize in standard wash, dry, and fold laundering.

How do you handle items without care tags?

When the appropriate laundering method is unclear, we follow the garment’s care tag. Items without a care tag will be returned unprocessed unless they clearly fall within the everyday-wear category.

Do you accept biohazardous or heavily soiled items?

Laundry Dash does not accept items contaminated with biohazardous materials, including blood, feces, or human and animal urine. These items will not be processed; they will be placed in a separate bag and returned to you.
